Frequently asked questions
Can tenants pay rent with Telebirr?
Tenants pay by Telebirr exactly as they do today and upload the payment screenshot in their AradaRent portal. You verify it and the receipt is issued automatically. AradaRent records the payment; it does not process the money.
How does AradaRent reduce late rent?
It sends invoices and reminders before every due date, applies late fees after your grace period, and gives you an arrears report so you follow up with the right tenants first.
Does it issue rent receipts?
Yes. Every verified payment produces a numbered receipt that the tenant receives by email and can download from the portal.
