Why Ethiopian landlords need software made for here
Most property management software is built for the US or Europe. It assumes card payments, US-style leases and English-only tenants. In Ethiopia, rent is paid by bank transfer, Telebirr, CBE Birr or cash; tenants send a screenshot or a slip as proof; buildings mix shops, offices and apartments under one roof; and many owners and tenants prefer Amharic.
