Why we built it
In Addis Ababa, rent still lives in notebooks, Excel files, bank SMS messages and WhatsApp chats. Owners chase tenants, accountants spend days matching transfers, and tenants wait for receipts. We built AradaRent so a building's rent, tenants and repairs live in one reliable place.

How we treat your data
Each organization's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security. Tenants only see their own records, staff only see what their role allows, and every change is written to an audit log. You can export your data to CSV at any time.
