Apartment buildings
Apartment rental management that keeps every tenant up to date
Whether you rent out a few apartments or a full residential building, AradaRent tracks who owes what, sends the monthly invoice and reminder, records the Telebirr or bank payment and issues the receipt, without the WhatsApp back-and-forth.
Updated:
A normal month, with AradaRent
- 01
Before the due day
Every tenant receives their invoice and a reminder by email and in their portal.
- 02
Tenant pays
They pay the way they always do (Telebirr, bank transfer, cash) and upload a screenshot or slip in the portal.
- 03
You verify
One click marks the invoice paid and sends a numbered receipt automatically.
- 04
After the grace period
Unpaid invoices get the late fee you set, and the tenant sees the updated balance.
Everything a residential building needs
- Unit list with occupancy at a glance: occupied, vacant, overdue
- Leases with deposit, due day, rent increases and end dates
- Tenant portal with no app to install: balance, receipts, repairs, notices
- Repair requests with photos, so a leaking tap is not forgotten
- Building notices (water shutdowns, meetings, rule changes) delivered to every tenant
- Arrears and collections reports for the whole building
Condominium and small landlords
Owners of a few condominium units or apartments in different places can put each one into AradaRent as its own property. The smallest plan is sized for exactly that, and you can grow into larger plans as you add units.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best way to track apartment rent in Ethiopia?
Use a system that issues invoices, records each payment against the right unit and gives receipts automatically. AradaRent does this in birr and records Telebirr, bank and cash payments, so you no longer reconcile a notebook or an Excel file by hand.
Do my tenants need a smartphone app?
No. Tenants open their portal through a link in any phone browser. Tenants without a smartphone can still pay as usual and you record the payment yourself.
Can I use it for a few condominium units?
Yes. Add each unit or group of units as a property. The Starter plan covers one property with up to 20 units.
